Our cheeses
the plates prepared up by our Master Cheesemaker are made
up of six pieces of cheese. We have around ten different
plates that our guests can share. Your choice consists in
50 different raw-milk cheese. |
Our cheese fondues
At our Pain Vin Fromage (bread wine cheese ) restaurant,
we offer you no fewer than 6 different kinds of cheese
fondue. They range from the traditional Savoy (cheese
) fondue to fondues based on goat cheese or camembert.

Our raclettes
With regard to raclettes, our offering ranges from the
"lightest" variety ( without any delicatessen
) to the so-called " gourmande " that offers plates
of cheese, delicatessen and potatoes. |
Our tartiflettes
Tartiflettes are another dish from the Savoy region.
We offer our home-made tartflette with no less than 150
grams of diced bacon, potatoes, onions and half a reblochon
cheese per guest.

Our countryside snacks
A slice of Poilane bread (the pinnacle of Parisian baking),
vegetables, delicatessen and various kinds of cheese : this
is toasted and comes with a green salad.
We have 6 different kinds of countryside snack on our menu.

Burgundy fondue
200 grams of raw beef per guest to be cooked in oil
The winemaker's fondue
200 grams of raw beef per guest to be cooked in red wine
Bressane fondue
200 grams of raw beef to be rolled into egg yoke, breadcrumbs
and cooked in oil
with green salad
